Becoming an entrepreneur in the trucking industry
Our business model is built upon recruiting successful owner-operators, so it is in our best interest to continually add to our recruitment pool. And as long-term relationships between our entrepreneurs and partners are the part of the formula for success, we make sure that our owners-operators possess the right set of skills for everyone involved to move forward with their sustainable, profitable businesses.

Are you cut out for the job?
You may have encountered literature about becoming an owner-operator or heard from fellow drivers that it can be lucrative. But we want to caution you in the strongest terms — those who do not have the right disposition for business ownership may be more suited to – and happier – remaining in the position of company driver. If you think you are ready for such an undertake, please call our offices and make an appointment for a qualification meeting.

We Train those Who Qualify!
If you qualify for our owner-operator program, we feel it is our duty to train you and to hone your business acumen.
An essential core of our business acumen training revolves around educating our owner-operators on the basics of financial literacy, such as reading financial statements, developing basic accounting skills and tax functions.
As well, our training aims to help our entrepreneurs develop analytical skills and sound business reasoning. All of these skills in combination will affect their future business enterprise as an owner in the trucking industry.
